Masterminds was an amazing place to work and really helped me learn the ins and outs of agency life. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and was willing to offer their help no matter what position they were in. The only reason I left was because I moved out of the area, I loved working at Masterminds!

Cons

Workflow can vary depending on clients (which happens everywhere) But overall none!

A great experience to dive into the advertising industry Work with a really collaborative team and management who values your hard work and effort Very hands on and management encourages team members to be involved and share their thoughts Fun work environment

Cons

Due to the workload, there are times when the work hours can extend beyond the typical 9 - 5 hours
