Pros
great pay (paid summers), extra benefits when covering for others. WHAT A JOY WORKING WITH TEENAGERS. Sometime students fear putting trust in adults but once they put their guards down GOLDEN TICKET! There are some days within the school year when you can have fun which helps you bond with others and students!
Cons
Lack teamwork amongst others (there's always a snitch--- trust no one), poor management (employers loses good employees due to management), toxic work environment at the high school and not too much growth in your position unless you change careers within!
