Pros
Supportive HR team that helped navigate every process smoothly and offered support in any situation. Compensation was competitive compared to other companies offering similar opportunities. When I raised a notice period discrepancy, it was handled fairly and promptly, which reflected well on the company's professionalism. Overall, a company that genuinely looks out for its people.
Cons
A few internal systems could benefit from modernization, and remote employees further from the office could enjoy a bit more in the way of company events, but these are minor points against an otherwise solid experience.
