Compensation below industry standard. No raise, little bonus. You are expected to work over weekends if there are fire drills(which happens every week). No overtime pay. No career development. Company has no strategy, no direction. All we do is to make sure nothing breaks. People keeps leaving for better opportunities.

Company has been shrinking in size due to employees leaving for better jobs or layoffs. As a result of that, there's little employee morale. There're always fires to be put out, ie. emergencies that negatively affect the bottom line. There's limited mobility or career advancement, unless you've been there for 6+ years and the owners have deemed you as loyal to the company. Salaries are below industry standards.
