Pros

They pay you on Day 1 and 16 of each month. They have benefits: medical (United), medicine, dental (Aetna), vision (VSP) PTO is good They give you an onboarding with all departments so you have a good understanding of the company. HR is good on giving you all paperwork They also do some virtual events (halloween, etc) Most people work remote The office is super clean, everyone wears masks. There is a free style coca-cola machine.

Cons

They will overwork you. Not very friendly depending on who you work for.

Pay, benefits, pretty good team members, unique business model

Cons

They like to brag about how much money they raise, but do absolutely nothing with it other than buy out other companies. They are extremely short staffed for what they want to achieve, and work their people to death to compensate. If you have absolutely no life outside of Material Bank, it’s a good fit. Also - the COO begs for these reviews, so know that most of these are essentially review stuffing.

Absolutely incredible idea/platform. Literally upended the A&D industry and for the most part provides a good service to customers.

Cons

Too many to list. If you don't drink the kool-aid, then you will have a target on your back. Leadership changed their mind weekly and never had any idea what they were doing. The platform just doesn't work for everyone, but they act like it does. At the end of the day sometimes companies just don't get a good ROI from your product and that's ok.
