The people are all hard working but tend to keep to themselves. Management supports their teams as best as possible

Cons

Owner of 35 years is an engineer and knows his business but micromanages every department. Things which need fixing he goes on long lectures and wants lists set in priority order, but fixing is not a department managers decision, it has to be discussed and then as a TEAM fix the issue with written policy and procedures -- he wants to create a McDonalds style manual with decision making charts ("If yes do this, if no do that")
