understaffed, little to no training - training provided is very general and doesn't apply to all roles but is required monthly, large workloads (often doing the job that should be done by multiple people), take the heat for other unresponsive departments, management only reactive to concerns when they are taking heat, everyone has different understanding processes, ask if you need support but cannot provide any, management knows they are overloading employees and still harp on metrics which determine bonuses, you do the workload of multiple people but don't get paid for it. Managment talks about employees health and medical issues or tell other employees what is going on when you are out of the office. My coworkers should never be aware of my reason for being out sick. Account Managers are condescending and try and throw CSRs under the bus for things that are not "in their court" such as they know you are waiting on information from planning that you cannot get a response on, instead of also taking to planning to help get an answer they cc your boss and say "this has taken a week!" without mentioning your constant follow up to try and get an answer.
