Benefits are positively correlated with your improvement in teaching skills and classroom management skills. -You get to build a genuine rapport with the students and the parents. You are assigned students so you see the same kid every week.

I love working here at Genie Academy. There is immense support and encouragement from managers, and on top of that, they are just genuinely kind people. The one-hour class schedule allows for fun and balanced classes, and the students and parents are a pleasure to interact with. My favorite part about this job is that if you put in hard work, you will see it pay off.
