Managing Director is not updated to Singapore’s curriculum. She micromanage every and single thing even how many times you go to the wash room and the duration. Calls on off day and off work hours and expect you to do work. Rude and disrespectful. Give unrealistic deadline and squeeze you dry. Toxic culture as the person in charge is the toxic one. She creates an unbearable environment to work in and only foreigners or people with no drive and real capable works there as they are stucked there.

1. Very stressful working environment. One instructor facing at least two students (different levels) at same time, 4 students at most.. The instructor not only teaching but also need to do admin staff...(I feel this is the most annoying part...) 2. The manager is very demanding. The manager always say "you are not teaching, you just let students do the worksheets". But they just K2 or primary students, nothing much to teach, the most important thing is practicing worksheets.. isn't it? Math is like that.. 3. Poor management. - The staff only 15 mins to eat lunch - Always need to OT for admin stuff..... - I didn't receive my salary on time until I remind the manager and HR.. - The parent can just come in the classroom and scold the instructor..
