      Pros

      Some of my coworkers will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      Pay sucks. PM blames the GM, GM blames the owner. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. No heat in the bathrooms. Buildings and equipment haven't been updated in YEARS. No one listens or cares. Everyone is afraid of the owner.
