Matrix Companies Reviews

So here's the cons... I thought I would be working at Matrix for years. They got me in with how amazing the culture is and how wonderful an environment it was. This is still true, but for some people and it depends on what department you work in. Like others reviews the only downside seems to be a lack of an HR. This is not a problem for the most part but when it is a problem it's a BIG problem. Certain people in leadership positions are very rude and treat people poorly. When this happens they are not held accountable and if you tell anyone you are brushed off and told "we are one big happy family" or "they didn't mean it." I understand that the year 2020 is a difficult one however, this does not excuse blatant racism, sexism, inappropriate conversations, and a lack of accountability towards upper management.

Some challenges would be the commute. If you live in Central Cinti or NKY it's fine. If you are in the northern suburbs, it can be difficult finding a non-traffic way to get here.
