      No Job Security... Disorganized Leadership. STAY AWAY!!!

      Friendly Staff and everyone works remotely.

      Cons

      Massive Lay Offs. Non Compliant with government procedures & practices. Promotions are based on who you know, not experience or education. Mostly family members are hired (Nepotism). No diversity & Inclusion. Departments have very low morale and it is a hostile environment in many departments. Do not consider this a place for a long career AT ALL!!!

      Pros

      Work from home is about the best thing I would say about this job. I can't think of much else.

      Cons

      The Benefits are terrible and the business model is very questionable and some of their home-grown procedures are pretty unethical and borderline illegal.
