      freedom to do the job as I see fit good pay interesting, challenging projects

      Cons

      there are no/not the best processes that govern cooperation agreements are not respected (may that be who can decide what, what has to be done by whom, or career plans, or salary increase) management by "rank always wins" questionable company culture
