- Good pantry - Good amount of PTO - Good and interesting range of client

Cons

- Management doesn't listen. If everyone in the team is leaving, surely there's a structural problem that has to be addressed. There's been little done to balance workload and poor handover all around. - Please treat your junior staff better.

Working from home was better till management wants to micro manage. Lip service all the time

Where to start; Lowest salaries, the senior management like lip service, very political for such a small company, fact that they used covid to get rid of people says a lot and had the audacity to relaunch and rebrand literally the same week people were let go, that says everything about this place. Honestly, mid management has to be one of the worse, just poisonous place to work for. And one manager in particular is Out to get you. All junior reports can’t say or won’t say anything, a very yes man culture. No personal development, no structure, chaotic and unorganised just as management. Local Management, technically maybe good, but gets into Unhealthy competition with peers.
