Pros

Most team members still try their best, despite of company environment

Cons

1) No clear path towards profitability 2) No leadership. No direction. C-Suite immersed in their little world, talking among themselves, without understanding customers' and market needs 3) Products are launched without any proper planning. Resulting in poor positioning, wrong pricing (making losses for each new product sold!), zero IP protection, slow product registration outside US.... 4) Insufficient budget to do any market activation activities 5) Too many "cheer-leading" meetings without substance. 6) No career growth plans 7) Annual Layoff - as part of "cost optimization". For same position, every year it is "Hire and re-Hire", and repeat. bottom line....join only as last resort. But be prepared to be lay-off, which typically happen around every summer.

Pros

- Had a promising technology in Digital Twin and leader in the Residential Real Estate (RRE) industry. - Strong customer based in the US where the HQ is located. - SaaS based and easy to use Digital twin models only for Promote use cases to sell your home, apartment or commercial private space. - For employee, remote work arrangement which gave the flexibility and work life balance. - Love the 5 Summer Fridays off days which were great to recharge.

Cons

- Expanded too fast in 2022 with over hiring of new employee and management in the US made drastic cuts to maintain profitability. Seems like an annual affair after every 4th of July. Good experience industry talents were made redundant unnecessarily. - Management had no visibility of region performance and issues outside of the US. Depended solely on regional MD who sold an unrealistic business plan to the management. The whole team went down just like a "Titanic ship" because of poor leadership. - Key regional management personnel was never around most of the time which made the in team unclear of the strategy and direction. - The Cortex technology has become uncompetitive and no new features to compete in the market. - No plan for on-premise local offering since server and 3D model data are all in the US. No convincing to customers with Data Sovereignty concerns and located outside US region.

Pros for some- Completely remote Work Stocks- but the valuation has dipped considerably

Cons

Lack of vision from the higher management. Technology is masquerading as Digital Twin. Business is not APAC-friendly
