A Long list: No working environment. no one has any views on what they are working. Complete family business. One more family member has joined and there is no internal transfer which works in the company but he keeps moving from one place to another. No point of view for employee. No employee engagement programs. HR have no idea what is their work Lack working culture. Average life of employee is max 3-4 month. Either company fires them in short time or people leave because managers are so bad. Anyone can write still more but let it be.. Please do not join in else you are spoiling your mental peace.

This is a family business and a pathetic style of work. The owner of the company doesn't know what to do with business. There is no one to bring clients and there are technically no clients to work upon. All good people have left the organization or either they were asked to go because they were too good for the place. All left ones are who cannot find job anywhere else. Managers are not at all equipped with any knowledge and doesnt know how the a company should work. Pathetic work environment, Managers themselves are involved in politics and talking bad about people. They will make you feel pathetic and will prompt you to leave because they themselves cannot work and justify their work apart from indulging in gossips. They only believe in filling their own pockets and doesn't believe in giving any incentives. They hire people and fire within 2 months. Managers dont even spend time with them beacsue they are busy shouting at people and embarrasing them only.
