Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, it’s a shame to hear that your experience at Maxfield Search wasn’t as positive as others but it’s always helpful to have feedback that we can use constructively. As a small agency, it is a much different working environment for many that have come from larger companies and this difference is something that we take pride in. Maxfield Search has been through a number of changes as a business over the last 12 months and during this time we have been working hard to create and maintain a positive, relaxed and innovative working culture where consultants are encouraged to try & test new ways of delivery with the support of the Management Team to help them focus on the elements of their role that will yield the great returns: sales, consultancy and making placements. We do understand though, that this environment isn’t for everyone and some work better in a more rigid and structured environment. The opportunity to succeed is unlimited within recruitment and we are, and will always be, very clear with anybody interested in joining Maxfield exactly what to expect when working here. We will provide support and guidance but ultimately, as with any sales role, it is down to the individual how far they go. We would like to wish you the very best with your future endeavours.
