If you have the appetite to grow and learn, it is a wonderful company. Management backs you without any doubt. Will get exposure to many products and get to contribute a lot to changing market needs.

Cons

1. You can only grow and learn rather than learn and grow. 2. Management backs you as long as you have their ears and you can talk. Your work doesnt mean anything. 3. You will work on products but your work would be represented by someone else, and people pay deaf ear, blind eye to it when someone is doing this. 4. Ultimately you will be burnt out with the value you get from system and management in company, ZERO. 5. You will be a scape goat for a lot of other people inefficiencies.
