Click culture, if not family member or part of certain click, they look for ways to make your life miserable. Low pay wear multiple hats and definitely don’t appreciate great employees who make company thrive

Upstairs bean counters will not pay for 5 minutes of OT. They want you to get punch out ASAP. So you are just a cog in the wheel. You want to work hard? NO that's not allowed here, "just get out of here at the end of the day!" They talk the talk but DO NOT walk the walk , what a typical company joke.
