      Some great people, and some not so great........

      Pros

      Startup type atmosphere, could also be considered a negative for some I guess. Some very smart people working really hard to do the right things.

      Cons

      Compensation is sub-par, product is not mature despite being told that it is and pushing it on customers. Not easy to deploy despite being advertised as such. CEO too engaged in every day functions like expense reporting and nitpicking at literally cents. Becomes a bit exhausting to deal with.

      Toxic, Negative, Sweatshop

      Pros

      Kitchen snacks, some good and hardworking engineers who are under appreciated.

      Cons

      Forget performance bonus unless you threaten to resign, Unstable Product Toxic culture Lies to Customers Your position in the company depends on how close you are to the founder. CEO does not give a damn about the staff and is only interested in how much he can fleece the employees and sell the company by making false promises.
