      Worst leaders please read it twice Hire and fire policy they will say wrong hiring If you are not licking boots of your manager then you will be on PIP Talent is not celebrated cuz all the managers / leads haven't even worked on other company rather than Maxxton itself They are playing in their own arena Much talented person are fired withing 6 months because they were not having licking skills They won't teach you skill rather they will say you need to know this. You will find bosses their not leader Fan club team working their since they started juggling teams.
