      Pros

      Lots of trainings for new hires until you find it a chore. WFH during Covid You have no time to feel bored

      Cons

      You will be amazed with the countless reviews each wk Your calendar will be fully booked from beginning of each week due to countless updates and internal mtgs The mgmt will find ways to track every single thing that u do or did not do. It’s never a 9-5 job from day 1 as there will be no honeymoon even for new comers Be ready to fight hard for wat you want, especially if u r in sales becoz it is run by ops team who will never understand the competition out there! Oh and don’t be surprised if there is a reorg every 6 mths in this company.
