      Pros

      - Travel - Good pay in the APAC region, if you are a white.

      Cons

      - No respect for employees, especially women. They treat women with no compassion, empathy or respect.. - A bunch of over paid incompetent "leaders", who all play their own political game to get ahead or stay employed. No concerns for employees which is also reflected in the high attrition. - No proper channel to voice grievances to management (no one cares) - I was shocked many a times at the callous attitude of leadership towards what was happening on the ground. - No culture to speak of.. Highly bureaucratic, political, very hierarchical. - No fun or creativity, and it is an Ad agency. What a joke!!

      Mostly good people, not so great senior creatives and management

      Pros

      Get to work with big brands and regional accounts.

      Cons

      Forget about career progression. Minimal chance of working with people capable of mentoring or giving constructive feedback. Ego is rife among senior creatives and up. Be prepared to be professionally and emotionally put down every week.

      Pros

      Big reputation and great history. Some brilliant people still work there (although those are getting less and less). Some pockets of excellence in the network.

      Cons

      Declining business model, has been slow to adapt. Once valued talent, but in recent years has been chasing an ever declining revenue stream, so dumbing down the organisation. Still clings to a bureaucratic model. Senior management is weak yet power-centralising.
