Business outlook
Pros
Straight forward company to work for as far as knowing your role of a job and being trained on it well. Employees were good to work with and helpful whenever. President and VP is good about going around to employees and talking with them which isn't super important but it is appreciated that they will simply listen and say things like great job and thank you for what you do.
Cons
From an outsider's perspective in the industry I don't know this information vs other local companies but as far as making a decent living I think my only con is competitive pay.
