      a lot of work for little money

      Pros

      good admosphere, nice coworkers, flexible schedules, your boss will try to work with you about shifts if you have a reason why you cant make one or two days

      Cons

      very little pay for a lot of hours, can become very hectic.. the one I worked in also did not have an AC so in the summer you died!
