Pros

Unfortunately I am unable to write any pros

Cons

The management is terrible. They are very condescending and they think they're gods. The managers possess no leadership or coaching skills at all. I personally heard from management "you need to be able to get into my head and know what i'm thinking". Employees are hired to work not to become a fortune teller. The managers work hard, but don't know how to manage other people, only themselves which provides no room for development or growth within the organization. One other trait that I noticed about management is that they build their own perception in their minds and dump it on the employee as if their perception is accurate and correct. The managers don't listen to everything that is said, they only pick up on a few words which is considered selective hearing. From these few words they build a perception of an employee. This train of thought is very weak and does not give an accurate description of who the employee really is. It also deflates employees and kills motivation but gives birth to the lack of. There were two people in less than a year that were in my position - get the hint.

Pros

The only pro I found was the people you work with are like minded and easy to get along with. Additionally Mears is willing to assist with certifications but unfortunately...

Cons

The cons outweigh the pros. Turn over is extremely high. You will see many good people leave over the long hours and the pay is NOT competitive. You can expect to maybe get a raise after 3 years. I repeatedly brought up a cost of living adjustment and was denied a raise. Communication is abysmal and lacking that you either have to figure out what you're doing or simply ask questions. But apparently asking question is taken as not knowing what you're doing. What do you expect when you come in on a project and it's barely 50% finished? While some of the people are nice to work with the overall culture is extremely toxic and morale is low.
