      Cons

      Management favoritism, being told that you have to volunteer for shifts because the turnover rate is so high, extremely poor training, working holidays and horrible pay for the amount of work they require you to do.

      Management is poor little to no accountability for bad staff Management favoritism - including for promotions always short staffed and requiring “volunteer” shift coverage, required holidays, overtime requests weekly due to inadequate staffing
