Pros

Some flexibility in hours/ working from home. There are some really good people who work there-- they won't last long.

Cons

No benefits at all Micro-Managing dictator CEO who disrespects everyone and changes course, and employees, on a whim. Yelling is his main method of motivating his employees to get things done. You need a thick skin to deal with this person. Turnover every week. Either people quit or get fired. Few stay more than a year. Out-of-date tools. No documentation whatsoever. Broken furniture. No training. Buggy, spaghetti code. Unhappy clients. Most programming is off-shore. QA, process and change control are virtually non-existent.

Pros

Some flexibility around working remotely, which changed mid-employment, so no real pros to the company.

Cons

Horrible management - the CEO is the most difficult person I had the displeasure of working with. He has no respect for anything and demands whatever he wants and doesn't care about you or your time. The promise of benefits that never came through was unacceptable as well. Be sure to research the company leadership in detail before accepting a job wiith the company...

Pros

I will not believe anything that would lead me to believe these positive reviews are not fake. The company is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Creditors have not been paid including priority employees. They laid off almost all their employees without a notice, nor a kind word for these incredible people. No face-to-face. A cold phone call. No severance. Not even vacation pay. Just say NO

Cons

Medapoint, the president , former CEO, the lying, the whiplash going from critical assignment to another, the physical building, the old tools, the lack of training, the unsympathetic management team. Man, this place drain your body. And your soul!
