Pros
Small team with bright people. People care about the customer experience and everyone works together to make the best product possible. There is no blame, only shared responsibility to make things better.
Cons
Being a small company means there is little to no vertical mobility. Training and communication are an afterthought. Recent efforts to institute better processes have been done in a manner that is both cumbersome and intrusive while doing little to improve communication. An emphasis on deadlines and the desire to plan months in advance makes vacation difficult to plan. Recently this has led to a poor work/life balance.
