      Your career will go nowhere here. No matter how hard you work or how much you achieve, progress is impossible.

      Cons

      - The workplace is pure chaos fueled by the toxic attitude of leadership. - Control-obsessed managers create constant problems and suffocate any progress. - Employees are treated as if they cannot be trusted. - Arrogant leaders block growth and advancement for everyone - There is absolutely no clear career path.

      I got the job easily without so much requirements.

      Avoid working here or they will work you to the bone! Management lies to employees, they will use you and abuse you! All you get in return are the low salary, basic benefits, and the exhausting and trauma you couldn't recover from!

      Coworkers were genuinely hardworking people!

      Cons

      Speed was always prioritized over thoroughness, which made no sense for a company focused on medical-grade output. I constantly had to choose between accuracy and making deadline. It was impossible to feel proud of my work under those circumstances. Mistakes were inevitable, but they blamed workers instead of fixing the system.
