      Excellent pay, horrible schedule

      Pros

      Medilogix offers excellent pay and benefits. They pay overtime. Driving all day in the company delivery van is nice.

      Cons

      The company is understaffed so you likely will be overworked (60 - 70 hours a week). Delivery techs also have to drive and meet other employees hours away to trade equipment when needed. On-call was 24/7 and I was unable to take a day off. Ever. I often had to go on runs all night and was expected to be in for morning runs without any sleep. Inventory is a mess. Management is poor.

      Pros

      They are very understanding my supervisor is the most amazing one I’ve ever had. There is always work it’s a medical entity There’s a good team atmosphere at most locations Pay is decent

      Cons

      Some people are not team players Sometimes it feels like it’s all about money at the expense of the employees ( sometimes, not often)
