      No proper planning or understanding on the requirements.They change on daily basis and expect the developer to act accordingly. No proper guidance to developers No value for the developers opinion Exaggerate things Never stands by their words No flexibility. Tries to invade employees personal space Attitude of work has to come before anything in your life

      * No flexibility * Never satisfied with work or employees * gives less expects too much * expect to work more then 9 to 5 with no appreciation of any kind. * Does not treat employees well * One way thinking. * Micro Management * No Say Do * expect commitment from employee but 0 effort from their side * Do not give basic compensation also
