      Terrible People

      Pros

      The people that I worked with, excluding Management. Management are awful people with terrible intentions. Its obvious that all the of the "5 start reviews" are all current employees on the same day. Management was asking current employees who are not on the naughty list to put positive reviews on the website, favorites if you will. If you ask a majority of the other employees who arent hand picked clinicians to put fake reviews, you will get the real story of the state of and culture of the company.

      Cons

      Management are not leaders they are egotistical tyrants who rant, rave, and cuss at anyone and everyone who may disagree with them. They do not like to be challenged and do not encourage collaborative problem solving and absolutely do NOT want to hear anything anyone has to say unless it agrees with them. If I could give no stars I would and I am pretty sure if they ever find out who wrote this they will fire me....I will keep everyone posted.

      Worst Company Ever

      The only positive I can say is that I like the clinical leaders.

      Cons

      Executives who bought the company are ridiculously narcissistic. At the time the company was bought, we had to attend several mandatory meetings and each one was the same with the owner saying how smart he was, how important he was and in general not letting anyone else talk. There is no sense of community and clinicians are just a commodity and money makers. They don't care about the patients and they only follow Medicare rules when it suits them.

      Job rescinded the job right before starting

      I was offered and accepted a position with this company. I gave my notice at my current job and left to start with Meditelecare. I had received the computer equipment, signed my offer letter and had set up a home office. All background checks were completed. All set to start. Then I’m told the job is being rescinded due to a history of addiction 10 minutes prior to starting remote training. Mind you zero background issues. I did clarify with HR that my job was rescinded due to a protected disability. Yes my job was rescinded. I was left unemployed and desperate 3 weeks after speaking with the company. Beware and good luck
