Pros
I wish I had something to add here. Oh yes, they have great aspirations but unfortunately, their focus is only on short-term gains, which makes them do pretty nasty things.
Cons
Very toxic environment. Management keeps blaming the staff for their wrong management decisions. Stress is the order of the day. Everybody who could find another job left their company. Their internal NPS (Net Promotor Score) reflecting their culture and working environment is at the lowest possible level.
