Pros

It's one of the best agencies I've ever worked out whereby most people are very dedicated to their jobs and are always committing to deliver the best results to their clients. It's one of the very few agencies that takes a proactive approach in engaging the clients in trying to deliver media strategies by tackling their entire business model versus just a reactive approach which is what most agencies these days fall into. I was blessed to taken under some of the smartest minds and the best people in the business who gave me opportunities to grow to my maximum potential and it was also the work place where I faced the toughest challenges and my downest moments but it was all worthwhile at the end of the day.

Cons

There isn't proper distribution of work and literally everyone is overworked beyond their capacity which really drains them out. This hinders them from being able to produce better quality work or to think out of the box. Also most people in the office are working without knowing what's the future like for them. Unless they had a really caring supervisor (which I was really blessed to have). There wasn't supposed career/skills development programs in place to let employees know that they are being cared for.
