This is a really fun place to work. There are a lot of staff events and management is pretty hands off in the sense that they let you do your own work without micro managing you. You also get to work on a lot of different projects and your input is taken into consideration. Plus, who wouldn't want unlimited vacation?

Lots of phone work and sometimes ads are difficult to sell.
