      + Good for fresh graduate and beginner to enter the semiconductor IC design field + Most of the colleagues are generally helpful and friendly + Good working flow + Using latest technology and tools + Flexible working timing + My manager is good + Good welfare benefits for FULL TIME employee not Contractor

      + Very below average pay + Low salary increment + No 13th month bonus + Very high workload + No OT pay because OT a lot ( only can claim hours for OT ) + OT everyday ( expect to work after midnight because sometimes the work after working hours or midnight ) + Extremely bad work-life balance ( expect to work most of the time on public holidays, personal leave and weekends )
