MWE is neither a small start-up nor a big corporation, it's right in the middle. There is a lot of room for growth and room to bring fresh, new ideas to the table, and actually have someone listen to them. The people that work here are wonderful young professionals who take their jobs very seriously and genuinely enjoy what they do.
Cons
In any growing company, there can be change in pace, policies and/or procedures. If you're not a flexible individual, I can see how that might bother you.
-Laidback, flexible working environment yet still a professional job. Ability to work remotely,
-This could be seen as a con, but the company's clients are all in the US healthcare industry. For me this was a pro as I could live in Buenos Aires but not totally disconnect from a career path in the US
-Fun coworkers!
Cons
-Turnover seems a little high - probably a mix of hiring foreigners that eventually leave and struggling to find a good match for the company's unique profile
-Established company but still lacking some solid workflows and organization in some areas. Pro would be that there is a chance to influence there.
Great opportunities for growth and to lead your own projects. Work schedules and time off are very flexible, and you'll meet people from all over the world.
Cons
Team is fully remote and pretty spread-out, so there are limited opportunities to meet up with colleagues in person. Many people may not be bothered by this, though.
