- My manager was horrible at managing; heavy micromanagement and very condescending. She expected you to remember every single word discussed in a meeting or call and would get mad if you don't remember everything. She was also very hard to deal so I had to figure things out on my own. On several occasions I felt like I was being harassed as well. - The role itself and it's duties are poorly structured. I was in a senior role and this role's duties are those that someone at the bottom should be doing, yet because the role had some complexity, and I mean some, it was determined to be a senior level role. - There is no work life balance. - The long term goals of the company are questionable.

Massive layoff eliminated valuable positions They give stock options but you actually have to buy them once vested and pray the stock ever goes public Promised a bonus in 2023 and then it was taken back the week it should have been delivered During the layoff almost all clinical leaders were cut which is very concerning for patient safety They are hiring positions after eliminating staff who were not given the opportunity to move into other roles Have seen/ heard this company is not a safe place to work for POC
