Females are treated well, males are just jump and dump crews. Very few drivers left . You will get on if you are female but no progression for males. If you ask for days off, you'll be sure to have to work them (again for men only). Long hours with little notice. No overtime and flat rate of pay for any hours worked even up to 70hr in a week High turnover of staff in the last year. Very few long term staff in the company.
