At the end of the day, the product is doing good things in this world
Cons
- very poor management quality. Micro management is all over. - very low diversity, near 90% of the company are ex-8200. - if you didn’t come from 8200, you are transparent. Founders won’t greet you in the offices, your word doesn’t count. - there is an hybrid plan but the management will give you the feeling that WFH is forbidden. Showing yourself at your desk at the office (without doing anything) will please the management.
