If you are not a developer or senior they will make your life a living hell with work. If you are an intern or junior you will learn something with this pressure With work pressure, you will learn from your work.

Cons

Hr and management running funny enviroment. they even control glass door reviews by employees, they pressure employees to give good reviews. They are very good at fake marketing. if you are not an employee you can't differentiate, their developers are so junior that they can even do easy tasks. but they treat their developers like gods and the rest of the employees they treat like you are stupid.

No work-life balance, You can see their many social activities which is just a trick nothing else because they will pay too much low.
