Nice people and friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Required one person to do a 2 person job because it wasn't in their budget to have 2 support analysts. There was at minimum 60 tasks that needed to be done by the end of the business day or else it was rolled over to the next day. This position was fast paced, but this position was the only fast paced position in the company... While you're working hard and as fast as possible, you see others chit-chatting away and not taking work seriously.
