You get two weeks PTO, which includes your sick days so lame, but you have to accrue 10 hours a month for it. Upper management has straight up said to me they don't believe in PTO. Upper management is completely incompetent, yet they think they're the best in the biz, despite firing half their staff at the beginning of the pandemic, while their product was made for remote communication. They literally tell you how you're doing more than one job a time, but it's how it goes when they're pretending to be a big company that they aren't. And extra compensation is out of the question. I've never seen micromanagement to this extent. I'll meet with my supervisor every day and still be told I'm not in communicating enough. Why they also hate WFH, they want you in the office so they can bother you at any moment and call it collaborative. They won't even give me the proper tools to do my job, so everything is slow and lags, and then get blamed for not working fast enough. Two employees ended up in the hospital for separate stress related issues within the same week.
