      Company has not grown in 10 years. Bad leadership at the top. Not sure how much longer we'll be around now that there are LLMs.

      -Relaxed, yet still a professional environment. -Reasonable salary -Healthcare (partially covered) -Life Insurance -Flexible Vacation/PTO

      Cons

      -Small business means acquiring responsibilities that you weren't necessarily hired to do sometimes, but having a team-outlook can help. -Lacking in business structure (i.e. structured training, clearly defined roles/expectations, a concise budget, rules/procedures, HR-related: clocking in/out, requesting PTO) -No Direct Deposit -No 401k (but still a growing company, so it's understandable)
