Extremely bad working environment for employees, start work at 7am and lunch can only have it at 2pm. Total lunch hour is 30mins. No other welfare. No space for career growth. No promotion for 10 consecutive years for the whole department just to cut cost. No recognition or appreciation for hard working employees. Even u got unfair treatment from HR, pls dun escalate to management level as they will think u r causing a big trouble for them. No human rights at all. HR is the biggest boss here and dictate the operation of whole company. No proper knowledge of HR management. Can still expect to hire a diploma/degree graduate at 1.4k/mth. What kind of era they r living in. Way below market bench basic pay for QA and production worker. Can’t even afford to hire a professional person with a diploma. New hires are all ppl w/o exp or some weird persons that often got investigated by police. Variable bonus is supposed to based on the annual sales. But it’s fixed at 2mths only even the company is making profits and employees contributed alot that year. Yes all goes to the pocket of shareholders. They can even make covid as excuses for year 2022 to exploit the workers and give 1 mth bonus even the it profited. Bad workplace safety and many accidents have happened during production. Ppl lost arms and legs.
