Pros
Was not located downtown, therefore it was easy to get to by car. Legacy products were made and worked well.
Cons
Cold environment. Showed no signs of increasing revenue with future and upcoming products. Staff was kept to a minimum with routine layoffs.

Use to be a nice place to work in late 90s, but not anymore since 2009 when the last change in the direction occured
Cons
Management do not care about their employes.
