      - nice way to get experience in the financial sector - beautiful office location - SOME people are nice - feels nice to be helping small businesses improve, rewarding work

      Cons

      - snobby people - cliquey - has the "start-up" mindframe, and not the good parts - too OCD about making mistakes - this company really doesn't know what it is doing in the sense of managing staff - lack of proper training
