Benefits were decent - quite standard for MNC not spectacular - dental, medical. Stable company.

Apart from sales function, other teams / projects can move very slow. Naturally lots of red tape, since it's pharma culture, but if you're into exciting and more dynamic environments, then maybe not for you.
