Business outlook
Pros
This is a good organization to work for. I think they can improve on many things, but as a whole it's really nice. In my specific department, the leadership team works well together and they do allow the team to have direct input on changes and any area in need of improving.
Cons
The down side to this organization is while you can move around from position to position, in most cases to be taken seriously, you need a degree of some type. Very disappointing.
